Fall is here, and it’s time to savor the flavors of the season! We’ve partnered with local farmers at Sparrowhawk Farm to bring you a special offer starting October 6th. If at least 10 new member-owners join Hillsboro Food Co-op by the end of October 12th, ALL new owners who joined during the promotion period will receive a FREE one-week CSA share from Sparrowhawk Farm (a $25 value)! Upon reaching our promotion goal, each new owner may pick up their share at Sparrowhawk Farm either October 18th or 25th, 10am-6pm.

HFC is focused on growing our member-owner base with an ultimate goal of 1,000 owners. We are over halfway there, and we anticipate ownership growth acceleration as we get closer to opening day!  While our ownership base grows, our Board is working hard behind the scenes to complete feasibility studies and transition us to the Planning stage, following tried and true blueprints for opening a co-op from our friends at the Food Co-op Initiative.
