In the January Hillsboro Food Coop Board of Directors meeting, the Board received updates from the Business team, Outreach team and Brand Development Task Force. Outreach team provided analytics from the new website launch.
The Board also discussed plans for the annual meeting, scheduled for April 2019, including elections for new Board members in 2019. More to come on the election and the annual meeting.
We also discussed the departure of Board member EJ Payne. The Board appreciates EJ’s service and wishes her the best in the future! Existing Vice President of the Board was designated as interim president until appointments are renewed after the 2019 elections.
