Block 67
The Hillsboro Food Co-Op has signed a letter of intent with Fresh Foods and Koz Development to occupy one of the commercial spaces on the ground level of the new Block 67 development. Koz Development is planning to break ground on the project in the Summer of 2025 with an estimated completion date in 2027.
This marks a pivotal moment in the history of the Hillsboro Food Co-Op.

We have an official update on when construction will begin!
Koz has the block fenced in and work is in progress! Over the next month you won’t see any big construction, but you may see people inside the fence as they mark the grounds in preparation of the next stages in construction.

Fresh Foods attended the one of our board meeting and shared their interest in aligning with the Co-op’s mission. Koz Development has communicated with us about the other business units at Block 67 to ensure the other tenants will enhance our interests and not compete with them.
